I knew my soul wanted to be amongst the trees, where the crisp, cool breeze washes away my stresses -- soothing the soul and healing my mind. Something about being in nature always brings peace of mind and healing. Especially in times when I feel lost and unclear... nature has a way of helping me reconnect to my truest nature. Who doesn't love nature escapes? I'm always down for an escape to nature. When nature calls, we listen So... what are these cutesie modern-looking, yet peaceful cabins in the woods?! Just 2-hours away from Los Angeles lies these sweet little tiny cabins in Running Springs, CA. A town very close to Big Bear. The Getaway House features multiple locations across the United States. We've had the pleasure of staying in their cozy cabins twice at the same location near Los Angeles. These tranquil hideaways never fail to bring a smile to my heart. Both times, exactly what my soul needed. I would describe these tiny Getaway cabins as a glamping experience. You want to be immersed in nature without roughing it up? Perhaps, you don't feel like packing all your tent and camp gear this time around... Highly recommend coming to take a trip to the woods and experience these tiny cabins. Inside our two person cabin, you will find the infamous giant window with views of either the "forest view" or "mountain view," depending on which cabin style you choose. It's so fun to cozily lay up in the bed with a super large glass window where you can gaze into the beauty of Mother Nature and the gifts she bestows. In the comfort of your own space. Fully equipped with 2-burners, all basic kitchen necessities, heater, a/c, table with two chairs, tea kettle, provision offerings like hot cocoa, tea, smores kit for sale -- where they will charge the card on file at the end of your trip, bathroom with flushing toilets and a shower. Everything you need to have a comfortable experience! Outside there is a picnic table, fire pit, two chairs, and firewood/fire-starter for sale, and views of all the trees. Three years and a few tiny home experiences later... I would say that my experience was decent. I like the fact that I could be in nature and have all the essentials without having to pack everything with me, unloading everything and having to set it up. It's a luxury to have all your necessities at your finger tips. We hiked around the camp grounds and found an area where we sat onto Mother Earth and did a breath work session. (This is the one we do everyday). Something about connecting with your breath while connecting with Mother Earth's energies. It's so profound. - Valley of Fire - The Hidden Gem 1-hour from Vegas

Your support helps keep this blog running. Thank you! Valley of Fire is so underrated -- I literally learned about this place 2-weeks ago. Shout out to my cousin Maqui and her husband Ginow for sharing this on Instagram! It literally inspired me to go one week later! Side note: I love encouraging people to share the places they visit. You just never know who you'll inspire. Valley of Fire is a state park located just 1-hour from Las Vegas. This is the perfect escape from the matrix. It feels like you enter a whole other dimension with its various, intricate red rock formations. Some areas even have 2,000+ year old petroglyphs! We came at such a perfect time with the weather being nice and cool in the month of March. It was actually raining hard with crazy winds the day before and the clouds opened up the next day. You cannot tell me that ain't divinity at its finest. It took us about 4.5 hours to visit 6 sightings. We skipped White Dome Trail, Rainbow Vista Trail, Petrified Logs, and Elephant Rock... which I will be 100% returning to knock those out my bucket list of experiences. Here is the map I used that you will also receive after paying the $15 entrance fee. Here are the 6 sights I visited at Valley of Fire in Nevada: 1. Beehives This isn't much of a trail. You can park and literally see the phenomenal beehive formational rocks! This was our first stop and I could feel how giddy I was getting to finally getting my first taste of the Valley of Fire! It was packed with a bunch of people in every photo I shot. So I used the Snapseed App to erase the people that were on this photo. Can you tell? Lol. 2. Atlatl Rock This is the sight that has the 2,000+ year old petroglyphs. You will see a large flight of stairs. It was quite easy to walk up as long as I didn't looks below LOL! I'm sort of afraid of heights. Unfortunately, you can also see some vandalism on the rocks. 3. Arch Rock This sight also did not have a trail. You can park right next to it and experience the cool arch. Atlatl rock is a few minutes away from the arch rock. We then took a bathroom stop at the visitor's center before we went all the way up to the Fire Wave Trail. 4. Fire Wave - Pink Canyons The trail is about 1.5 miles long and easy to hike. This was one of the trails that felt like you were in a different planet. I felt like I was wandering through a playground of terracotta hues. The beautiful pink and peachy ice cream like swirls was so fun to galavant through with immaculate views everywhere you look. We honestly didn't know where we were hiking to as there wasn't much people to follow nor were there signs... so I would recommend doing the hiking excursion here. 5. Mouse's Tank This is that famous picture shot all over social media! There isn't necessarily a sign where you can pull off to the side and capture this epic shot. However, below I've attached a photo of which rock I climbed to get that money shot, where to park, with the coordinates. 36°26'56.2"N 114°30'56.3"W 6. Seven Sisters It's called Seven Sisters because there are seven tall, bulky boulders. There isn't a trail. You can park and immediately view these beauties. We also saw a small, intimate wedding when we got there. This is also the hot spot to take wedding photos too because of how easily accessible it is. This is also a great place to picnic with ample amount of picnic tables with shades provided and beautiful views of the seven sisters. I would come back again to have the camping experience and explore the other trails that I didn't get to see. Plus, I'd love to wake up in these beautiful red rock lands! I also would like to give another shout out... to myself LOL! My 3-months of cardio on the treadmill doing 12.5% incline has gave me the stamina to hike all the beautiful trails leisurely and with great ease! Side Note: Let's normalize celebrating ourselves I am feeling so grateful that I had the opportunity to experience this hidden gem just 1-hour from Las Vegas. It was exactly what my soul needed. This place is so beautiful, I would go again but do the hiking excursion. And when I'm in Vegas again, I'm for sure going to indulge in the beauty of the red rocks from a different perspective. From the skies!! I found a helicopter excursion where you fly through the grand canyon and end with a beautiful sunset at the Valley of Fire!! *Heart Eyes* 10/10 recommend!
- Big Sur Glamping at Ventana Campground
(Photo: Communal Area with Air Stream Snack Store) Taking it back to summer 2022 -- When we went on a mini getaway retreat into the great outdoors. It was extra special because our soul family, Candice + Phil spontaneously met us up! We drove up north with incredible views of the west coast. We stopped at a few gorgeous spots to soak up the views, the soothing sounds of the ocean waves, the light codes of the sun, ocean breeze, feeling the fact that my soul was being cleansed, experiencing all of the elements simultaneously in all its glory. God's work (Photo: One of the views of the coast that we stopped at on our way to Big Sur) We stayed at Ventana Campground at Big Sur! Hands down my favorite campground of all time. It's nestled in a 40-acre land of redwoods off the highway. These campgrounds are in the same grounds as the Alila Ventana Big Sur by the Hyatt Resort. The tent sites are about $80/night. Not only do they have campgrounds for tents only (you cannot car camp or RV it), they also have a hipster-vibed glamping yurt sites that's about $240/night. As well as their resort above, which I think their prices vary. Each tent site + yurt site includes a picnic table and fire pit. You're literally in the central area of Big Sur next to everything! From hiking trails, popular sceneries, restaurants, a convenient store, etc. There is a modern, communal area with games and an air stream snack store. They sell wine and beer. I would recommend bringing your own liquor to save on the overpriced drinks and snacks. I loved how clean and well-maintained the grounds were. I highly recommend this place for novice campers to have their first experience at Ventana Campgrounds. I also would recommend this to families with children, people that want to be surrounded in nature, but want to have a cozy and comfortable experience. The fact that they had clean bathrooms that flush and showers (costs money) made my experience 10x better. Although I didn't utilize the showers... It's still a luxury to have. Ventana Campground Camp Site Recommendations I personally always document which campsites I would stay at if I know that I would want to come back again. We stayed on campsite #19. It was nice and secluded with only one neighbor close by. The only mini downside was going up an incline, which was a bit of a hassle. Shoutout to my man for carrying everything up the slope lmao. The campsites I recommend and would stay in the future is: Campsite # 9, 10, and 11 You can also walk around and find yourself a trail amongst the grounds. We found a beautiful garden in the compound with fruits, herbs, and a gorgeous view of the ocean and sunset. If you want to catch the sunset, I highly recommend finding the garden to experience it. Retreating into nature is by far my most favorite way to recharge and rejuvenate Nature has been gifted to us to serve as healing grounds for all of humanity. Soothing you on a deeper level... maybe drop a flow or two of inspiration. Maybe even clearing your channels for clarity. It’s literally made for us to indulge in its healing properties. Mother Nature is literally healing grounds for the soul! If you ever feel stagnancy, lower emotions, uninspired, or even just led to go out of town... DO IT! A few realizations I received on this trip: The more you go on getaways, the more opportunities you receive Dreamt of being killed in a witch hunt in a past life Caterpillar stage - consume consume consume all the information → Cocoon Stage - tower moment of its old identity as a caterpillar and leading it into the cocoon of darkness, shifting, healing, coalescing into its new form as all its old aspects of self transform into → Butterfly - emerged in all of her glory. - 4 ideas to help process and cope life's obstacles
I went to the gym to release happy hormones to ripple throughout my day. It was such an easy and light rising. I woke up to beautiful dreams of lands in worlds that don't exist in this Earthly realm. I couldn't be anymore grateful to have shown up on my treadmill cardio challenge with my sister Kassie. We came home to make ourselves breakfast... ... And BAM! I was soon hit with a surprise storm of obstacles. Not one... but a FEW. All at the same damn time. I noticed my body flooding in stress/cortisol. It felt like I was getting boxed into a little hole. Like I was getting swallowed up into an abyss. Thank God for paying attention to myself and being aware of what started to happen. I was able to make the shift to process the situation rather than suppress and store it away, like how my old version of self would do. I tapped into 5 different tools to help me process and cope with the obstacles: Deep Breath Magnesium + Ashwagandha Exercise Prayer Frequencies BREATH When shit gets tough... we humans tend to hold our breaths. I was able to remind myself to B R E A T H E. I imagined every deep belly breath slowly dissipate bits of stress. It felt like my breath was purifying me from the inside out. I continued to take deep breaths to allow myself to process what was happening. It made a huge difference. MAGNESIUM + ASHWAGAHNDA I learned that when you get stressed, it drains into your magnesium levels. So I proceeded to take two capsules of magnesium to help supplement it and two capsules of ashwagahnda, which is an adaptogen great for stress-relief and anxiety. EXERCISE I also decided to go back to the gym to burn off the excess cortisol that had been released. My sister and I was able to come up with a solution after 25 mins of doing cardio and sitting in the hot ass sauna as we detoxified our bodies and the mental stress the situation had caused lol. PRAYER Another way I was processing was through prayer. I have a prayer that I say ( I found in a book) when I'm faced with difficulty and don't know what to do. I repeated like 50 times lol I have unshakeable faith in the perfect outcome of every situation in my life. For I am allowing God to be in absolute control and guide me in all proper actions. I used to allow the stress to take over my whole entire being. This time around I did not allow it to take a toll on me. I was reminded that things don't happen to me, they happen for me. I was also reminded that I had a choice. I had some tools. And I have the power of resiliency. Rather than allowing myself to be consumed in the negativity of the situation... I chose to SHIFT. Plus... Stress is not good for my hormones and you know... my mission is to heal my hormones. So NOPE. I will not wallow and distress my beloved internal systems. FREQUENCIES My Healy Frequency device is a daily essential for me. In this particular challenging day... I know that this blog post is a great reminder that I have tools to help me overcome life's inevitable obstacles. I don't need to dwell in the stress of it. Instead, I can see it as an opportunity for me to respond to it from a new vibration. Letting the Universe know that I'm a changed woman! I will no longer react from my past old versions of self. - 8 Ideas for Relief during Mental + Emotional Battles

Your support helps keep this blog running. Thank you! The last few months have been some of the toughest mental and emotional battles I've ever experienced. I felt like I wanted to explode. I've screamed, balled out crying, and basically descended into the underworld where I was met with the dark night of my soul. Now let me briefly debunk any misconstrued perceptions of the term dark night of the soul and advise you that it isn't anything evil or d*monic. It is the shadow aspect of yourself. The part of you that contains past wounds, trauma, suppressed emotions stored within your field waiting to be acknowledged. The internal battle began in September of 2022. Mercury retrograde was active during this time and instantly put me on a field of internal challenges. I had a flood of negative thoughts that came up that quickly depleted my energy levels. Lower emotions like unworthiness + guilt were cranked up at a high volume. I hid in my cave. It was like... no amount of gratitude, meditation, and breath work I did helped to eliminate it. Well... It did soothe me for a short-time and then back to the shadows I went. I was in a constant push and pull battle of trying to be neutral. It was quite hard to shake. I kept plunging into sadness and heaviness. By October, I thought I had overcome the strenuous battle and emerged into the light... to only retreat back into my cave. I realized that my old operating system of noticing my triggers and being so quick to clear and transmute any issues was on autopilot. Instead of thoroughly healing the issue, I was trying to bypass the experience so I didn't have to feel the textures and nuances of the pain. This time around... I shifted the old operating system and surrendered to the sign to not rush the healing process. Being able to catch yourself operating from an old thought process & shifting it to a soul guided process is ~ INNER-WORK ~ Here are some things that helped me find relief & restore balance: 1. I deleted all social media apps Social media can have you consume a bunch of peoples projections and realities that you lose connection with yourself. At least that is what happened to me. It is the fastest way to deplete your energy levels. Scrolling endlessly can have you stuck in a life-sucking vortex. Deleting Instagram and Twitter shifted my energy levels 1000%. This was the first step I took to make a shift vibrationally. 2. Hot Yoga One of the greatest medicines was y o g a. Hot yoga to be exact. It has helped me process the mental and emotional chaos quite effectively. I've been consistent with my meditation and breath work practices. But what really hit it off for me was incorporating movement. That's when it hit me. The answer to help restore me back into balance was focusing on the sacred trinity: mind, body and spirit. not just one or the other -- The holy trinity. I was going to the gym during this time... but my soul was calling out for me to do yoga. If something has been subtly pushing you to do something... heed the call. You just never know where it will lead you. I'm so grateful for following my intuition. Move your body! Release them happy hormones! I’m learning that breath work and meditation is not enough to keep my mental health at ease Incorporating MOVEMENT, like yoga or the gym, along with these spiritual practices are the holy trinity for me to be in alignment 3. Go outside Let me just say that being cooped up inside the house all day is soul-deprivation. Going outside opened up the space for me clear out the mental clutter. Light activities like taking a walk, laying on the grass, or going on a bike ride has done wonders. Don't ever take for granted the simple things. Subtle shifts are always the most profound. 4. Inner-work practices I continued to meditate, do breath work, journal, express gratitude. Combine the mind and spirit with the body (exercising, moving the body)... you are GOLDEN! I used to always just focus on my mind and spirit. I had thought those were the most important in my journey to raising consciousness. I was so far from the Truth. We are here in this Earthly realm to experience what it's like to be human. Incorporating my body has helped me to be grounded and embodied in my soul essence. I have a long way to go. But I'm learning to enjoy where I'm at now and anchor in this knowing every day. 5. Wash my hair Your hair is quick to absorb energies throughout the day. The element of water is very purifying. I did an energy clearing session with my healer, Shira, and she said I had a bunch of entities attached on to my hair. She had suggested that I wash my hair every time I don't really have the best day, triggered, heated situation has occurred, or when I feel the need to and such. It's been a game changer lol. I also noticed that I get nightmares if I don't wash my hair when I feel led to. If your soul is nudging you to wash your hair, DO IT. 6. Frequency medicine I supplemented my vibrational field with different frequencies like... Pure Calm: Bioenergetic support of the energy pathways to inner peace, emotional and spiritual balance. Helps to calm and coo the central nervous system Emotional Balance: Energetic balancing of emotional blockages and for supporting the bioenergetic field to realign and recalibrate the emotional well-being Feel Good Syst: Energetic activation of confidence in cases of low self-worth, low self-esteem or when spirits are low. Helps to shift the energy to higher states of being These were some of the main ones I used in the beginning. - Mini Life Update - Hiatus, Forgiving Myself, Balancing Business + Well-Being
It's been a while since I've been here. It's crazy to reflect how much I've suppressed and buried away what brought me so much joy. My soul has been very insistent with me reactivating my blog again. This hiatus was no longer being tolerated by my soul. So here I am... reborn and on another wavelength. My current focus these days consist of Healing my gut Balancing my hormones Regulating stress Strengthening my body And overall cultivate healthy habits into my everyday while working on my businesses. Next on my list is to regulate my sleep. But I'll get back to that once I catch footing with the list above. Back to my blog hiatus -- My time was spent growing my businesses, burning out all the time, while learning how to find balance. It was a struggle because "working super hard to be successful" was ingrained and programmed into me at a young age. It was all I saw growing up, especially with parents that came from third world countries. It's easy to get lost in the ambition of growing your businesses. And I wasn't working on just one. I was working on two -- Veggie Fam + Self Goddess! Like girrrrl... lol I still don't know how I managed to make it this far with my well-being, but here we are! I must say that the 2020 pandemic was a huge blessing in disguise. It allowed me the space and opportunity to really heal greater depths. It's the end of 2022 and I feel like there's still so much shit to unpack! LOL. Many things surfaced up for me during my hiatus that I'll probably share down the line. But to sum it all up. Forgiveness was one of them. Forgiving myself for Giving away my power Dimming my light Feeling unworthy of love Denying myself the space to heal Suppressing my emotions Ignoring my intuition Put others before myself If it's one thing I've learned throughout this time of healing and growing... is that this journey never stops. We are forever shifting, transforming, expanding and evolving on all levels and layers of our being. I've learned that I am a better person when I take care of my sacred trinity (mind, body and spirit). My businesses do better, too. I also learned that when I fall out of alignment to my practices, life is chaotic and self-sabotage comes out to haunt me lol. I had to experience both sides of the spectrum a number of times to finally say, ENOUGH of this pattern of decline. And finally made a commitment to my self. Everyday I would write on a scratch piece of paper my action list that needed to be done for my businesses, reminders, goals, and I made sure to prioritize time for my mind, body and spirit. I did this over the span of two years. I couldn't just keep track with everything only using my head. Having a mental note, forgetting it, then remembering it 5 weeks later... It's a tiresome drain to my energies. I just can't live like that no more. I made sure to release whatever was in my mental body into paper because Lord knows that I will go crazy if I kept it in my head lol! Next thing you know... I went from a scratch piece of paper to an aesthetically pleasing daily notepad! I designed it and called it Soulpreneur. It just took my daily planning to the next level. - Yoni Steam Experience - Is it worth it?
The vagina is such a crucial element in a WOMBans anatomy. Yoni steaming is an ancient practice. Yet... It took me 29 years to to realize that yoni health is even a thing! I’ve neglected this aspect of self-love as a woman. I've not even taken the time to nourish my intimate parts and give it the love and attention it deserved until just a few months ago. What is Yoni? Yoni is a sanskirt word for the female area & womb. I did the minimal care for my vagina and that was washing it with a toxic-free, all-natural vagina wash by Rael. - Biggest Lessons of 2019
2019 has been ONE. HELLUVA. RIDE. Seriously... it has been an epic-ass roller coaster ride. I've experienced the highest of highs, the lowest of lows, and many in-betweens. 2019 was the year the Universe was like..." Enough with the BS, Khristyne. It's time to be aware of your wounds and heal these layers. How do you expect to live your highest potential and still hold on to these old programs?" And so the Universe proceeded my healing process with difficult experiences that triggered so much pain. I was experiencing the dark night of the soul majority of the time. As I reflect on 2019... I was in the chrysalis stages of my spiritual evolution. I was undergoing a transformation that had to happen in order to level up to new heights of consciousness. I was forever dying and being reborn. (Layers of shedding & old parts of me dying. New aspects of me being activated). Here are two destructive & detrimental layers of programming that needed clearing & healing: Nice Person Syndrome: is an exaggerated role adopted during childhood as a means of getting approval and affection. Nice People are carefully trained to be good boys and girls at all costs. They’re steeped too soon and heavily in the values of unselfishness, cooperation, and pleasing others People Pleaser: The intense need to please and care for people in fear of being rejected or not receiving love and affection, putting other people first before their needs, and such. * PS: I'm going to share this in the second person point of view. (Like I'm talking to myself) Lesson # 1: You are not for everyone Khristyne, why do you need everybody and they mama to like you? Truth is... Not everyone is going to like you. Not everyone is going to perceive you the way you perceive yourself. Not everyone has the intention to change their perception about you, no matter how much you try to be a good person to them. AND THAT'S COMPLETELY OKAY. Do not force a relationship that wasn't meant to be long-term. Remember... how others think about you is none of your business. This definitely stems from your childhood and being bullied. This issue is also stemmed by your people pleaser tendencies. You can also view this from an even higher perspective (Soul Perspective) : There were agreements and contracts that took place before coming down to Earth. There were souls that volunteered to cross paths with you to help you grow. In order to help you spiritually grow, they were to come into your (human) life and trigger you to surface up anything that needed to be healed. I know... I know... they don't teach you this at school nor did your parents even know about this. But, trust that when you've completed this lifetime... you will understand that everyone that was put in your path was divinely purposed to help you grow in ways you wouldn't have done on your own. Lesson #2: Stop entertaining belief systems that don’t align to your truth -- It's not your truth This stems from your empathic abilities. There are ways to position your empathic abilities as a strength. You are so good at really listening and feeling people when they tell their stories... that you forget that it ain't even your story! I am reminding you to not identify other peoples stories as your own story. Just because it is true for them, does not mean it is true for you. Also, another reminder to center yourself back to your truth and clear out anything that doesn't ring true to your soul. For example: "Business is slow," says someone frequently. Master the awareness when you hear stories that don't resonate with you. Be especially aware when you hear it repeatedly. Do not accidentally fall into the trap of making this story true by participating in it. * Be aware of the keywords bold and italicized * Lesson #3: Surround yourself with people that genuinely wants to see you grow and succeed You are doing yourself a disservice by surrounding yourself with un-likeminded people that doesn't even believe in themselves. As best said by Emmie Evolving, "The light of your shine. The gravity of your glow... makes them realize they haven't been living up to their own potentiality. They believe in you and your ability more than they believe in themselves." It is not your job to change the way they think. It is not your job to convince others of why your ideas/visions are worthy. There is a vibrational dissonance and that is okay. Simply shift your surroundings to those that are in vibrational alignment. When you surround yourself with people that understand and embody the energy of abundance (or whatever ideal vibrational base you'd like to vibrate in), it feels good. It feels light and in the flow. All parties tap into the magickal energies of amplifying manifestations into existence. Together, yall cultivate a magickal driving force to make your intentions come to life. This is why it is so incredibly important to be mindful of who you allow in your space. You've experienced the major contrast between hanging out with people that have big visions and people that still exist in the matrix mindset. It's time to make decisions that are in alignment to your highest good. No more dimming your light to make people feel comfortable. We are setting high standards moving forward! Lesson #4: Setting healthy boundaries is a part of the spiritual journey and is encouraged to be practiced frequently. It’s a form of self-love Self-love is respecting yourself enough to place healthy boundaries. Stop feeling so bad for having to place boundaries. In order to maintain a healthy, vital energetic field, people must respect your boundaries. It's nothing personal at all. It's for the sake of your soul as you do not want to be drained or get infiltrated with low energies/vibrations. You'll see the true colors of those that are upset with the boundaries you've placed. Lesson #5: Does it resonate with my soul? This is a significant question to ask yourself in all of life. Now more than ever is the time to cultivate a strong relationship with your higher self. You have a divine internal guidance system within you that is here to serve you in your lifetime on Earth. To help you navigate you to your aligned purpose. Ask yourself, "Does it resonate with my soul?" and move where it feels light. Refrain from moving to a space that's contracted and heavy. For example: You were given an opportunity to vend at a market. Center yourself and tune into the opportunity. "Will this opportunity bring more for me?" If it feels heavy, NO, it will not be worth it. If it feels light, YES, it is a great opportunity. Lesson #7: Know the difference between getting drained + healing a wound Getting Drained This year has been a huge awakening on a whole other level of awareness you are just learning. Take self-inventory after connecting with a person. How did their presence make you feel? Do you feel empowered or do you feel drained/contracted? Do you feel heavy or do you feel light? If you were feeling light before you saw them, then all of a sudden you feel tired or your energies dropped... there's your answer! Take great notice of the topic of what the conversation had entail. It's so very important to fill yourself back up. Meditate, smudge, take a bath, shower light into your being, are all ways that usually helps you nurture and fill your light back up. Healing a Wound You know you are undergoing a healing/clearing after being triggered by a situation or person. It is when emotions/energies/thought forms begin to bubble up. It comes up from the deep trenches of the soul to be illuminated after being suppressed and buried in darkness. There's always something to learn through your wounds. Remember that through this pain comes strength. You evolve as you allow yourself to go through the process. Let yourself feel these emotions so it can move through you. In Conclusion Master the ability to discern. This applies to all aspects in your life, not just in this lesson. Lesson #8: If it don't feel right. It don't feel right! You have a tendency to neglect & discount your intuition. You always get into denial even when a red flag shows up. 3+ red flags show up and you are still here giving a person/situation the benefit of the doubt. Stop making excuses of shit that doesn't serve you and disregarding what your intuition keeps nudging you with. This stems from your Nice Person Syndrome. You are such a nice person that you will oversee a red flag and find the silver lining aka giving them the benefit of the doubt. You are such a nice person that you also always feel bad and guilty for things like saying no or participating in a conversation. This is a very unbalanced and unaligned approach to living life. We are taking back our power and revving up our self-empowerment. We are worthy. We are deserving. Lesson #9: Deflect other peoples projections I realized that this is the lesson that kept replaying in so many different experiences for you all 2019! As an empath, you can truly feel the feelings of other people. It'd be so easy for you to slip from your own truth, as you are so good at putting yourself in the other persons shoes. You do this thing where you allow other peoples truths sway you from your own truth. Especially when the other person project their truths with so much conviction. Which then leads you to question yourself, "Maybe I am wrong, and they're right," downgrading yourself. When you do that... you give away your power to the other person. STAND IN YOUR POWER. STAND IN YOUR TRUTH. It's okay to listen to other people's truths and not have to agree. Discern when people are projecting their truth on to you. Be aware if you are participating in their story that is in misalignment to your truth. We must not be blinded by other peoples projections and stay clear in our truth. This is why awareness is so key. Lesson #10: Move your body! Let's harmonize our mind, body, and spirit. There's copious amounts of light frequencies beaming down on Earth. In order to make the ascension process a little easeful, our bodies must be in good condition so that we can integrate the light frequencies as we move into our light bodies. Dancing always helps break up any stagnant energies. - 14 Ideas to Alleviate yourself from being in a Funk
We are infinite beings having a human experience. It's natural to fall into a funk. Many of the times these funks are put into our path to teach us something. A time for us to look inside and heal what surfaced up for us. We don't even realize it sometimes. Before I became aware and would be in a funk, I would let myself get sucked into the darkness and let the emotions consume the shit out of me. I would forget that I can snap out of it. Mind you, it's okay to feel the emotions that you feel. I just invite to not stay in those emotions and let it colonize the rest of your life. Because you know....like attracts like and we ain't trynna live funky for the rest of our lives. It takes practice. It takes becoming aware. It takes consistently reminding yourself that you are a vibrational being that has the choice to shift your vibration. In this blog post, I decided to share to you some ideas for you to help alleviate yourself from being in a funk. This is also a perfect reference list for me to look back to whenever I have my moments/days. Here are 14 ideas to alleviate yourself from being in a funk: 1. Drink water - Replenishing your body with water helps set the foundation for whatever you are intending to shift. Dehydration makes you feel tired and fatigue. Drinking water helps increase your energy levels. I recommend drinking plenty of water, flush out toxins within, and proceed with whatever you're going to do to shift your vibration. 2. Express gratitude - Gratitude is a high vibrational frequency. I learned for me that when I'm feeling funky, I remind myself of all that I have now and express thanks. I'll either take a moment to myself, take a few deep breaths and begin vocally, mentally, or writing out all that I am thankful for. I spend about 10-15 minutes and really tune into the present and the feelings of what I am grateful for. This was one of the methods I started doing after my dad died not even knowing at the time about gratitude being a high vibrational frequency. It just kind of happened naturally. And it works wonders. 3. Retreat into nature - Our brothers and sisters from the cosmos have gifted our Earth with nature to heal us. Nature is literally the place to re calibrate your soul's being! NO JOKE. NO WOO WOO SHIT. It legit carries a high frequency space for you to heal and nourish your soul. Release all your stresses, trials and tribulations and allow nature to penetrate into your being. Absorb nature's healing properties. 4. Listen to music - Sing your heart out! It' a great way to relieve stress. My go-to songs to help shift my mood are: * Greatest Love of All by Whitney Houston * Now or Never by Kendrick Lamar ft. Mary J. Blige * Begin by Shallou (the version recorded at Spotify Studios though > Youtube version) * New Balance by Jhene Aiko 5. Re-connecting with light - Besides being human, we are all energetic, light beings. I find that most of the time when I am in a funk, I am disconnected with light/source energy/the Universe. I take a moment to close my eyes, take a few deep breaths, rub my palms together (connecting you to your heart) and visualize bringing your energy up. Let white pure source light/energy to pour into your entire being from your crown chakra all the way down through your toes and into Mama Earth into her central core, let the energy bounce back up to your heart. Now you are connected as above and so below. Gradually expand the light in your heart bigger than your home to bigger than your country to bigger than Earth. You are nowconnected. Let light fill your soul up and connect back to your true essence, which is that of light. 6. Smudge yoself' + Smudge yo home - Set the intention to cleanse all negative & stagnant energy! You can use a sage bundle, palo santo, or if you are allergic to smoke, a Smudge Spray. My sis and I were inspired to create a smudge spray since you can't just light up a smudge bundle at the restaurant, lol. So we thought, hey, why not create a smudge spray that's just as effective infused with healing crystals. 7. Bump up some binaural beats - There are so many health benefits with binaural beats. It helps with reprogramming your subconscious and raising your vibration. There are a variety of binaural beats that can help you focus, meditate, attract miracles/abundance, raise your frequency, heal your heart, activate and rearrange your DNA and more! Binaural beats emit these wave lengths that affect your brainwaves. The one's I listen to is 432 hz frequencies and 528 hz frequencies and I choose whichever resonates with me the most. I suggest doing more research about it and experiencing it for yourself. 8. Reiki healing - It is a healing modality used to channel Universal life energy throughout your being. It helps balance your soul and clear out any stress that you hold onto. Some reiki healers are also intuitive/psychic and are able to assist you on a deeper level. If you're on a budget, you can get distant reiki healing from ReikiChristy. You can get reiki energy sent to you for public speaking, an important event, an exam, sicknesses, your businesses, to your pets, and more! I also recommend going to a healer if you really want to get some major, deep soul healing. Shira is amazing! 9. Exercise - Move your body! Sometimes our emotions lay stagnant in our physical bodies. That's why it's so important to exercise so that you can wiggle out any stuck emotions and experience that feeling of euphoria. You know that feeling when you you work out so hard, you can feel the burn and once you finish those reps, you experience that sense of YES! Your body releases a chemical called endorphins which are happy hormones! Exercise is so great to release happy hormones. 10. Tea time - My all-time de-stresser tea would be Yogi' Kava Stress Relief tea. They combine a blend of herbs that are great for easing tension and promoting relaxation. 11. CBD - This is an element found in cannabis. It is a non-psychoactive, which means it does not give you that high feeling from the THC compound. It's more fore medicinal uses and is packed with tons of other health benefits such as anti-inflammatory properties, combats anxiety/depression, anti-seizure properties, and tons of other healing properties. I feel that CBD promotes a deep sense of well-being for me. 12. Medicate in cannabis - Some people may disagree with me. But this is something that works for me. I find that cannabis takes off the edge and really keeps me in the present moment. I feel that sometimes the ego be too uptight and in this energy of resistance. So I learned for me that when I medicate in cannabis, it takes away the resistance and dissipates the tension and relaxes me. 13. Declutter - Whether its your room, car, house, email inbox, text messages, old beliefs, etc. It is important to let go of all that's no longer serving you. This will then make room for abundance to show up in your life. You are literally creating a space and you are the creator of what you'd like to invite in. There's really an energetic difference after a decluttering session. It feels so much more refreshing, light, and freeing. I totes recommend it. It's one of my favorite things to do as I find it meditative as well. Pro Tip: Smudge your room afterwards to clear the space of any negative, stagnant, residual energies. It'll also disinfect bacteria in the air and purify the space. 14. Kundalini yoga - Sat Nam! ( It means true identity). There's such a large array of health and spiritual benefits. It nourishes you mind, body, and spirit. I always feel so balanced, surrendered, and vibrating super duper high. For me, it hands down will literally shift your vibration from zero to hundred. It never fails to uplift me in such transformative ways. When you are evolving to your higher self, the road seems lonely.
